Fee Collection + Parent Apps for Gulf Private Schools

Fee follow-up is the reason many Gulf private schools leave spreadsheets. Parents ask what is due. Accounts asks what was collected. Owners ask which class is behind. A parent app only helps if it reads the same invoice the accounts team issued. This is how to look at that pair of workflows in Edulytics, without treating Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia as if they were one cloned page.

What to open first

Open a fee structure for a class and an academic year. Check required and optional items. Issue an invoice. Record a collection. Apply a fine or a waiver and confirm it sits on the invoice, not in a side sheet. That sequence is the product described on Fee management software for schools. Amounts are stored with a currency code and default to BDT. Confirm display before you plan around dirham or riyal formatting.

What parents should be able to see

On the same student, open the parent view. Dues, attendance, and results should be the school’s records, not a second copy typed into a messaging group. The Parent and teacher app is that view. Announcements go out in the language your team writes. The app does not translate them into Arabic.

Payment methods, stated narrowly

Schools can record methods such as bKash and Nagad where those are used. That is a record of how money was collected. It is not a claim that a Gulf wallet or card gateway is already connected. We do not claim a payment gateway in every country. If a local checkout is a requirement, ask on the demo and expect a direct answer.

Pick the page that matches the country

UAE buyers should read School management system for UAE schools. Saudi buyers should read School ERP for Saudi Arabia, including the note that we do not claim Noor certification or an Arabic interface. Teams in Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain share one hub, School management for the GCC, so we are not publishing four thin copies of the same page. None of those markets has an Edulytics office. Headquarters stay in Kathalbagan, Dhaka.
